Hi, thank you for visiting my website! I'm active on social media - Instagram and Facebook and I write a Substack blog - Bab on Books.

I'm an author and writer but also love performing comedy and poetry as well as storytelling. I enjoy using humour to connect with an audience on the page as well as the stage and have been shortlisted for the Comedy Women in Print prize 2025. 

 I run the Couch to Comedy course in Solihull's Core Theatre and run new material night Comedy Lounge. I've been teaching comedy and creative writing to students in communities to improve their craft and wellbeing for over a decade.
